When you initially join, you will be embedded in current projects to deliver our solution. But we will expect that you'll quickly assimilate the capabilities of the solution with a view to leading implementations of our software within 3 months. You will act independently or as team leader for functional and technical aspects of consulting projects for our hedge fund customer base. This includes front office trade entry, position keeping, Greeks and sensitivities, watch listing, NAV and cash management, as well as operational aspects of reconciliation to primes and custodians, Nav sign off, and performance tracking.

Your responsibilities:

• Mentor, guide, advise and check the work of less experienced business systems analysts, once you're up to speed
• Install and setup applications
• Develop scripts and customize application implementation
• Write test plans and test cases to ensure that enhancements made to applications meet client requirements and maintain application integrity
• Influence clients, business partners and service providers regarding priorities hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection
• Work directly with clients at the client site
• Eventually work as a pre-sales support specialist when needed

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines: Information science, computer science, business administration, economics, finance, or a combination of education and work experience
• Background either in an IT function of a hedge fund organization, or deep experience working for front and back-office solutions for the hedge fund space
• Hands-on experience directly implementing a similar solution to our flagship Cross Asset Trading and Risk Platform (known as Front Arena) such as Enfusion, Orchestrade, Tradar, Murex, or Calypso
• Familiarity with the needs of Global Macro, Vol and Convertible Arbitrage strategies is a must
• Good verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences at different hierarchical levels
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management and time management Greek skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others of the best course of action

• Proficiency in at least one appropriate application programming language, such as Python, C#, C++, or Java
